General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Supplier identification
The supplier is the company ADSALSA PUBLICIDAD SL with registered office at Calle Filá Abencerrajes 4, Polígono Industrial Cotes Altes, 03804 Alcoy, Alicante, with Registered Company No. B53967170 recorded in the Alicante Companies Register in Volume 2893, Book 0, Folio 83, Section 8, Sheet A8991.
2. Subject matter of the contract
Through the website you will be able to purchase available products, or reserve them for purchasing later.
Your purchase can be made directly through the website, or by calling +34 960 132 741. Our opening times are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday from 8am to 2pm
If you opt to reserve the product, once it is available we will let you know by telephone and also confirm the price and confirm (or not) the sale.
You can then accept it or decline.
The varieties of oranges available for purchase are those featured on the website at any given time.
Prices will be shown under the details for each product, including any applicable taxes.
4. Shipping costs
For orders shipped to the mainland (Spain and Portugal), shipping costs are free of charge.
We do not currently deliver to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Shipping to other locations in Europe will be at the expense of the purchaser. The prices are listed in the following table:

5. Payment Process
You can pay for your orders using the following forms of payment:
• Credit Card
At FrutaMare, we use a fully secure credit card payment system, to ensure the confidentiality of our clients’ data and to avoid potential fraudulent purchases. Confidential data is sent direct, in encrypted form (SSL), to the relevant financial institution.
The SSL encryption system provides total security when sending data over the network.
Credit card details are not held in any FrutaMare database.
They are used only within our financial institution’s virtual POS (Point of Sale), through its secure payment gateway.
FrutaMare accepts Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards. To pay for your order, the financial institution will ask you for your card details (card number, cardholder name and CVV code) and will carry out a security check.
For purchases to the value of more than €200, you will be redirected to your bank’s secure platform. Accepted cards are those of the same country in which the purchase is made.
That is, when making purchases through frutamare.com only Spanish cards are accepted.
Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be prepared for dispatch.
• Cash on delivery
If you have chosen the cash-on-delivery option, after your order has been processed by FrutaMare you will receive an email stating the total amount of the order. Payment is to be made in cash to the carrier at the time the order is delivered to the address given. It is important that you have ready the right amount of cash to pay for the order so that the carrier can leave the goods. The commission for cash payments is €5 per order.
If you choose this form of payment, once the purchase is complete, you will be redirected to PayPal’s official website where you can make your payment.
Once payment has been made correctly, your order will be finalised and you will be sent an email with a summary of the purchase.
You may have a discount code. In the third step of the purchase, before selecting the payment method, you will see a box in which you can enter this code.
6. Delivery period
We offer a delivery time of 72-96 working hours if the product is in stock or from the time we receive the products according to the availability shown. When making your purchase, under “Add to basket”, you will see the availability for each product. You can check to see if it is in stock or how many days before we will be receiving it. If there is a problem which means we are unable to dispatch the goods, we will contact with you quickly and will endeavour to send them as soon as possible.
If it is raining in the orange orchards, they will be harvested the day after the rain stops or when it is possible the access to them.
Except for orders placed on Thursdays and Fridays, all orders will be shipped the day after they are placed, as they have to be harvested expressly for each customer. The only exception to this is for customers who have chosen to pay by bank transfer, in which case the order will be processed on the day payment is received into our current account (the order number must be given as the bank reference). For orders placed on Thursdays and Fridays, we harvest and ship on the following Monday (except for bank holidays) in order that the oranges are not left in the carrier’s warehouse for more than two days. This enables us to guarantee the freshness of our oranges at all times. We are unable to offer delivery timeslots at the time you place your order.
7. Right to cancel
Consumers have the right to cancel orders and return their purchases without needing to justify their decision.
However, in this case there is no consumer right to cancel as the product in question is perishable.
If you wish to return a product because it contains damaged or incorrect goods, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get in touch with you to rectify the situation and arrange for the transport company to pick up the order at no cost to you.
Once the goods are received at our warehouse, the refund is made to the same card or PayPal account used when placing your order.
Where the order has been paid by bank transfer, we will ask you for the account number and IBAN in order to make the refund.
